Shipping Policy
Processing time. Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders confirmed before 2:00 pm EST ship same business day; after 2:00 pm ship the next business day.
Domestic (US) shipping. All domestic orders ship via USPS. Standard delivery 3-5 business days ($24.00), Express 1-2 business days ($40.00), Overnight next business day ($75.00). All shipments include full USPS tracking.
International shipping. We ship worldwide from our US-based warehouse. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Discreet packaging. All orders ship in plain, unmarked boxes or padded envelopes. No company name, branding, or product description on the outside. The return address uses a generic neutral business name.
Reship guarantee. If your package is confirmed lost by USPS, we will reship at no charge. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number.
Address accuracy. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. A re-shipping fee may apply for returned orders due to incorrect address.
Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum information necessary to process your order: your name, email address, shipping address, and optionally your phone number. This information is used solely to fulfill and communicate about your order.
